My Purpose Is To Help Women Discover Their Magical Essence & Fall In Love With Themselves.
My path began early鈥攁t just seventeen I stepped into meditation, which soon unfolded into a life devoted to yoga, healing, and spiritual study across the world. From philosophy studies in London to years immersed in India, I trained in yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki, and sound therapy, weaving together ancient wisdom with lived experience. Teaching, consulting, and healing across continents, I discovered that transformation is not just about practice but about remembering who we truly are.
What began as a personal search became a calling: guiding women back to themselves. Through yoga, meditation, sound ceremonies, tarot, and coaching, I鈥檝e seen countless women reconnect with their essence and begin to love themselves in the way they have always longed to be loved. With over a decade of practice, years of teaching, and continuous study with mentors worldwide, I now bring these tools home鈥攈elping you find clarity, wholeness, and the courage to live from your own magic.
What I Do
From Self-Doubt to Self-Love
I support women through personalized coaching and guided healing sessions designed to meet their unique needs. My programs weave together years of study and practice in yoga, meditation, transformational breathwork, and sound therapy, alongside women鈥檚 circles, numerology, and tarot. As a certified coach and healer, I create a holistic space for growth鈥攈elping women release what no longer serves them, step into their power, and reconnect with the essence of who they truly are.

Sound Therapy
One on one or private group sessions with gongs, tibetan singing bowls, digeridoo and other shamanic instrumens. Available only in person.聽
1-on-1 Coaching
Personalised one on one coaching sessions designed for women that wants an immersive, life-changing experience (3 – 6 months online program).
Yoga & Meditation
Private yoga and meditation lessons available in person or online. Single class or series of lessons tailored for your needs.聽 Learn authentic yoga from India.
Numerology Reading
Ancients science of numbers will help me to calculate your numerology chart from your date of birth. Topics covered – love/relationships, career/money, your character and health. For the couples – In depth compatability reading.
Tarot Reading
